Adam Preston - Founder and Director, Particular Productions
Adam started as a production assistant at Transatlantic Films in London, before going to New York to work as an editor’s assistant at legendary ‘direct cinema’ company Maysles Films. Returning to London he was Production Manager at Entertainment Productions. Adam has honed his directing skills with a series of short films including Le Boast (distributed by Ouat Media) and The Last Post starring Ryan Sampson and Mark Heap (distributed by Shorts TV). The film was produced by Samantha Waite (Man on a Wire, Wish 143) and screened at festivals all over the world. He wrote the feature Hanger 10 and is an accomplished visual artist and painter with a portrait hanging permanently in the Darwin House at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge. He was commissioned to write a television series about Lord Nelson (Trafalgar) for Working Title TV (now in development at Particular Productions). He has written for many publications including Sight and Sound and The Times.

David Freedman
Currently producing budget and schedule for Kingdom Implode
A BAFTA member and Film London Breakthrough producer, David studied filmmaking at London Met and production management at the National Film and Television School. He has produced or line produced numerous shorts, including The Number 30 (Dir. Bobby Goulding & Tom Pickard) and micro-budget features, including Homeless Ashes (Dir. Marc Zammit), an award-winning drama which had a market screening at Cannes, theatrical release with Everyman Cinemas and distributed by Indie-Rights. Under the Radar (Dir. Simon Frith), a biodoc about actor Mike Edmonds (Time Bandits) was selected for Film London Breakthrough Screenings. Both films premiered at Raindance 2019. In 2020 he production managed the £2M Sci-fi horror feature The Seed (Dir. Sam Walker), for Camelot Films, distributed by Shudder.
Chris Richmond
Currently designing the unique ‘shrinking room’ sets for Kingdom Implode
An internationally recognised production designer, working primarily across film and TV. His training and background, in Architecture and Design, and 25 years industry experience, give him a unique perspective in blending creative ambition with an acute eye for detail.
Chris prides himself on the diversity of his portfolio, and his keen adaptability, having worked across a number of genres including Horror, Thriller, Historical Drama and Comedy. He has recently collaborated with acclaimed directors including Colm McCarthy (Peaky Blinders) Mark Gatiss (Sherlock) and Bruce Goodison (Murdered by my Father).
Chris is a member of BFDG, BECTU & on the voting board for BIFA.
